Hi, I'm Lucy

I'm a science teacher with over 10 years of experience in secondary and sixth form education and a genuine passion for making science click for every kind of learner.

I've worked as a Deputy Head of Science and GCSE Science subject lead, and in September 2026 I'm moving into online education — teaching Science and building resources that reach students wherever they are.

            My driving belief: every student can understand science when it's
            taught in a way that works for them — including, and especially,
            neurodivergent learners.
          

What I do

BioInspired is my platform for sharing high-quality science resources for students and teachers — from complete lesson packs and revision materials to interactive learning games. Everything I make is built with accessibility and engagement at its core.

Alongside BioInspired, I have worked as a content writer and creator for online learning platforms, bringing the same evidence-informed, student-centred approach to digital education.
